PATRYCJA KAŹMIERCZAK-KAPUŚCIŃSKA
Advocate Patrycja Kaźmierczak-Kapuścińska – she graduated from the University of Łódź and was awarded the degree of Master of Laws by defending her master thesis in the field of inter-Kapuścińskanational civil procedure. She completed her advocate training at the District Bar Council in Łódź.
She provides services to the construction industry companies, including an ongoing representation of two national developers. She is actively involved in the investment process of her Clients performing real estate audits and drawing up construction works agreements, as well as developer agreements.
In addition, she specialises in drawing up and negotiating international trade agreements; for example, she negotiated contracts in Seremban (Malaysia) and Singapore.
Together with lawyers from Asia and Europe, she provides services to an international investment holding engaged in investments in the real estate market in Asia and Europe. Moreover, she has effectively led to several mergers and acquisitions of business entities with foreign capital.
Advocate Patrycja Kaźmierczak-Kapuścińska also performs legal audits for large and medium-sized enterprises. She has experience in the restructuring of business entities providing the highest possible legal security with regard to the need of increasing the profitability of the company.

TOMASZ WOJDAL
Tomasz Wojdal is a legal advisor and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Łódź, as well as the Head Legal Advisor at KRS Lawyers.
At our Law Office he is involved in tax, commercial and trade matters. He also deals with business succession planning by conducting comprehensive restructuring processes of entrepreneurs, representing them in tax, trade and civil matters. In this respect, he develops restructuring concepts that match the individual needs of entrepreneurs and implements them by means of conversions, mergers and divisions of commercial companies.
He led a number of restructuring and optimisation projects of entrepreneurs in the construction, telecommunications and automotive industries by providing tax savings and changing the form of business.
In 2008-2012, he worked in a legal advisor office as a tax and commercial specialist dealing with commercial, succession and family matters and tax issues related to them. In his previous professional life, he has gained experience in an international tax advisory group.
Tomasz Wojdal is a graduate of the University of Łódź at the Faculty of Law and Administration. He is also a graduate of the Masstricht University (the Netherlands), where he majored in the field of comparative law (U.S. vs Dutch) and European law with the inclusion of fiscal aspects.
Presently, he is interested in the issues of tax and trade law and in the aspects related to succession planning and restructuring processes of entrepreneurs. He has recently co-authored a publication entitled “Tax Advisor during Tax Audit”.
